ESI[tronic] Evolution diagnostic software enables workshops to carry out maintenance, service and repair work quickly, efficiently and effectively. The diagnostic software covers a wide range of vehicles worldwide. Thanks to the data packages with their modular licencing options, workshops can extend their diagnostic software individually to suit their individual requirements with additional options. ESI[tronic] Evolution makes it possible to perform comprehensive diagnostics, to find the right repair solution and to reset faults.
The software provides a fast, intuitive and easy access to the vehicle data for more than 150 brands as well as maintenance diagrams, circuit diagrams, repair & troubleshooting manuals as well as manuals and experience-based repair information (EBR). Thanks to the standardized Secure Diagnostic Access (SDA) solution, extensive diagnostic work can also be carried out on vehicles with access-protected vehicle electronics.
The new "Original Documents" function enables direct and standardized access to the original documents of various vehicle manufacturers for the first time. This eliminates the time-consuming search in the various manufacturer portals for the user.
ESI[tronic] Evolution diagnostics software is used with a Bosch diagnostic tool from the KTS series or the DCU series.

Diagnostic Package
The ESI[tronic] Evolution Diagnostic Package is the Bosch entry-level package for professional diagnostics, repair and maintenance. It enables electrical diagnostics to be performed to a professional standard and offers a wide range of other functions for all of the vehicles covered. Known fixes in a vehicle can be detected and remedied rapidly and comprehensively.
Vehicle InformationImportant basic information for all of the vehicles covered by model series, rated power, engine designation and type of drive, as well as installed systems and assigned information.
Diagnosis of Control UnitsDiagnostics constitute the centrepiece, displaying installed systems and error codes stored in memory with mileages in a summary, deleting error codes, displaying actual values and preparing these in a graphic format, activating actuators, resetting service intervals, running automated tests, calibrating sensors and systems and coding of components. Even vehicles with access-protected vehicle electronics are no obstacle anymore. Experience-based Repair (EBR) / Known fixesFinding the correct solution in a few seconds, even with challenging errors. Experience-based repair (EBR) comprises summaries of recurrent faults across several vehicle models in easy-to-read data records. Whenever one of these known fixes occurs during a diagnostics process, ESI[tronic] recommends a repair solution to the technician that has already been proven to work at a different location.
Advanced Package
The ESI[tronic] Advanced package is the next level of Bosch professional workplace equipment. In addition to the ESI[tronic] Diagnostic Package, manuals and handbooks from Bosch and other manufacturers are also included. Connected Repair provides a service and maintenance history as well as repair information and can document every visit by smartphone camera.
