ESI[tronic] Evolution: Package Truck with information about Vehicle Diagnosis
The ESI[tronic] Evolution Diagnostic Software here is operated on a Bosch convertible PC, the DCU 220.
The Diagnostic Scan Tool KTS Truck is connected via the OBD interface, and transmits the data to the diagnostic software ESI[tronic] Evolution with package Truck.

ESI[tronic] Evolution is a comprehensive and reliable diagnostic software for all kinds of commercial and off-highway vehicles. Workshops can choose between four licensable data packages and combine them if needed: Truck Package (light and heavy commercial vehicles, trailers, transporters, buses), Agricultural Vehicles Package (OHW 1) and Construction Vehicles and Engines Package (OHW 2), as well as Material Handling Package (OHW 3).
The diagnostic software ESI[tronic] Evolution is characterized by its intuitive operation – for particularly fast work. Thanks to regular automatic software updates, workshops stay up to date for professional service, maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles.
The diagnostic software ESI[tronic] Evolution for commercial and off-highway vehicles is used in conjunction with the diagnostic scan tool KTS Truck from Bosch, in combination with a workshop PC or a DCU 220 from Bosch.
Important basic information about commercial vehicles such as model series, power, engine identification, and axle configuration form the basis for a comprehensive diagnosis in the commercial vehicle workshop.
The software reads error codes and can delete them, selects actual values, activates actuators, resets service intervals, and learns components.
The intuitive user interface with dynamic component descriptions ensures quick and easy use.
Semi-annual and annual inspections with additional checkpoints are available at any time.

Truck Package
The Truck Package supports workshops with reliable diagnosis, complete maintenance and efficient repairs of all common light and heavy commercial vehicles, trailers, transporters and buses in Europe, Asia, North and South America. The ECU diagnosis features: Read out diagnostic trouble codes, providing an option to delete them, select actual values, enables actuators, reset service intervals and teach in components, as well as technical information about components.
In addition to the ECU diagnosis, the software also contains technical information such as wiring diagrams, service and repair instructions as well as system information for a wide range of vehicles. Using the integrated Knorr Bremse Diagnostics function guarantees workshops comprehensive diagnostics on trucks.
Licenses for package Truck can be used in conjunction with the Agricultural Vehicles Package (OHW 1) and/or with the Construction Vehicles and Engines Package (OHW 2), as well as Material Handling Package (OHW 3), but may also be used independently.
Agricultural Vehicles Package (OHW 1)
The diagnostic software ESI[tronic] Evolution with the Agricultural Vehicles Package (OHW 1) provides workshops with information about the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of vehicles used in agriculture. Licenses for package OHW 1 can be used in conjunction with the Truck package and/or with the package OHW 2 for construction vehicles and engines, as well as Package Material Handling (OHW 3), but may also be used independently.
In addition, the package Agricultural vehicles (OHW 1) provides setting and parameterization functions as well as diagnosis of hydraulic systems. Also, the diagnostic software offers technical details about the installation and removal of components.
Construction Vehicles and Engines Package (OHW 2)
The diagnostic software ESI[tronic] Evolution with the Construction Vehicles and Engines Package (OHW 2) provides workshops with information about the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of construction vehicles and engines. Licenses for package OHW 2 can be used in conjunction with the Truck package and/or with the package OHW 1 for agricultural vehicles, as well as Material Handling Package (OHW 3), but may also be used independently.
