ESI[tronic] Evolution The future of diagnostic software starts now

The ESI[tronic] update 2024/1 and subsequent updates mark the start of a series of changes to ESI[tronic]. It will become more intuitive, faster and more personalised.

It is important that the changes fit in well with your day-to-day work and do not hinder it. As a result, and so that you don't have to wait too long for them, the changes are developed in packages and incorporated into ESI[tronic] bit by bit. This means that you get to know the improvements gradually and still benefit from them quickly - a real evolution. And this is what gives the new ESI[tronic] its name: ESI[tronic] 2.0 Online becomes ESI[tronic] Evolution!

Update 2024/1 marks the start of this process and introduces a start screen to ESI[tronic] Evolution. With its intuitive design, it offers a better and more clearly structured overview of the content and functions of the diagnostic software and simplifies operation.

The new start screen allows direct access to many main menus and submenus of ESI[tronic] Evolution. For example, the system overview can be started with just one click, technical data and maintenance schedules can be called up or the state of health of the high-voltage battery can be read out. This saves time and makes it easier to access data and find the desired information.

Another new feature is the option to customize the start screen to the individual needs of each user. The new menu selection can be used to add required functions and remove functions that are not needed. After logging into ESI[tronic] Evolution via SingleKey ID, the start screen then only shows the information and functions that are relevant to the user.

ESI[tronic] Evolution provides direct access to the original documents of various vehicle manufacturers, such as original repair instructions, wiring diagrams and installation/removal descriptions. Initially, documents from the vehicle manufacturers VW and Audi are available. Others will follow. ESI[tronic] Evolution users thus have access to first-hand information.

And that's not all: the functions of the Bosch Connected Repair Cloud network solution, which connects workshop devices with each other and stores their data in the central Bosch Cloud, will also be displayed directly on the start screen in future. The open work tasks can then be started, edited and completed there.
